4.5 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered by the carrier to the address provided.

6.1 Return Policy: Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored. Returns may be accepted for unopened, undamaged products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
6.2 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
6.3 Wrong Product: If you receive incorrect products, notify us immediately. We will arrange for correct products to be sent and may request return of incorrect items at our expense.

6.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.4 Professional Responsibility: You acknowledge that pharmaceutical products must be handled, stored, and dispensed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable regulations. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from improper use, storage, or dispensing of products.
All content on the OG Pharmacy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OG Pharmacy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from our website without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
